WebOct 11, 2024 · I set it to 10.00. But printing something. It first homed at the same height as when the z-offset is set to 0.00. This is in itself logical because on homing, the printer only 'reads' the physical z-switch being pressed by the carriage. And even all the printing happened at exactly the same height as when the z-offset is set to 0.00. WebI'm having trouble printing with my creality touch. It refuses to save the offset that I input. My process is to autohome printer, the z axis will be at 10mm. I then lower the nozzle until there is friction with a piece of paper, which is -1.3mm. I then raise the nozzle up, then go to control, bed leveling, and set the z-offset to -1.3.
