WebIn idle condition all 4 pins have 0vdc on them. when activated (test 09 damper open) pins 7& 8 measure 10.5vac across them as does pins 9,10. When test 10, damper closed, test is ran all pins remain at 0.00 vdc. The damper opens OK it just doesn't close. The power supply is outputting 12vdc and 26vdc. BUT, if you close the freezer door and you keep open the fridge side, the freezer air slows down to almost nothing at all. So I guess my question is : 1. Can someone confirm what this problem is ? 2.
